- El juez dictó como medida cautelar prisión preventiva justificada de un año dentro del proceso penal 583/2024

Alexis “N” fue imputado por los presuntos delitos de homicidio culposo en agravio de una menor de edad y contra la seguridad de tránsito de vehículos, luego que el sujeto atropelló y dio muerte a Zafiro Guadalupe de seis años, hecho registrado el domingo 21 de julio en el municipio de Coatzacoalcos, en el sur de Veracruz.
A través de un comunicado, la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE), detalló que el juez dictó como medida cautelar prisión preventiva justificada por la temporalidad de un año, dentro del proceso penal 583/2024.
De acuerdo con el reporte policíaco, el sujeto se desplazaba en un automóvil Dodge tipo Attitude de color gris, con placas YRH-297-B de Veracruz, sobre la calle Nevado de Toluca en el fraccionamiento Villas San Martín, cuando impactó a la niña que estaba jugando, presuntamente conducía en estado de ebriedad y se intentó dar a la fuga, sin embargo, fue detenido por los vecinos y fue entregado a las autoridades.
“Los hechos ocurrieron el 21 de julio del 2024, cuando el ahora imputado se encontraba circulando a una velocidad mayor a la permitida en la zona, por lo que presuntamente impactó contra la víctima quien se encontraba en un patín”, se lee en el comunicado.
La familia de Zafiro y sus vecinos exigen justicia, y realizaron una marcha pacífica tras enterarse que probablemente el sujeto quedaría en libertad tras pagar una fianza.
“Era inocente, el señor venía borracho, gracias a Dios y a los vecinos lo detuvieron, pero ahora nos dicen que lo quieren soltar bajo fianza. ¿Qué para los pobres no hay justicia? ¿Para los que menos tienen, no hay justicia? ¿Qué es lo que hacen las autoridades?”, expresó la abuelita de la niña.
Por estos hechos la Policía Ministerial, inició una carpeta de investigación para iniciarse el proceso del presunto implicado a quien el juez le legalizó la detención y posteriormente se llevó a cabo la audiencia de imputación la tarde del martes 23 de junio en la sala de juicios orales de este municipio, donde anunció la medida cautelar.
