Orlando “N”, un presunto cirujano plástico falso, fue detenido por la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE) de Chiapas, la Secretaría de Seguridad del Pueblo y la Fuerza de Reacción Inmediata Pakal.
- La ejecución del mandamiento judicial en contra de Orlando “N” es por el delito de responsabilidad médica y técnica, así como usurpación de funciones de profesión, cometido en agravio de Karla “N”.
Falso cirujano plástico tiene otras carpetas de investigación por los mismos delitos
De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigación, la víctima refiere que Orlando “N” le realizó una cirugía estética y, derivado de la intervención quirúrgica, comenzó con diversos problemas, por lo que consultó otra opinión y el diagnóstico fue una mala práctica médica.
Dado que hay otras investigaciones abiertas contra el detenido por los mismos delitos y con diferentes víctimas, se ha invitado a la población a que, si fueron víctimas de este sujeto que se hacía pasar por cirujano plástico, lo denuncien ante las autoridades.
Los elementos del orden ejecutaron la orden de aprehensión en contra del presunto falso cirujano plástico, siendo puesto a disposición del juez de Control y Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento “El Canelo”.
