Xalapa, Ver.- Con 32 votos a favor, 11 en contra y cero abstenciones, el Congreso de Veracruz aprobó la reforma judicial luego de una sesión ‘fast track’ realizada este miércoles en el Palacio Legislativo.
Con esta votación, Veracruz se convirtió en el tercer estado en aprobar la reforma impulsada por el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador, pues previamente lo hicieron los congresos de Oaxaca y Tamaulipas.
La sesión, programada para las 09:00 de la mañana, tardó en iniciar más de dos horas. Y se realizó en medio de la protesta que trabajadores del Poder Judicial realizaron en las inmediaciones del recinto legislativo.
Al ser cuestionada sobre la manera en la que fue aprobada la reforma judicial en el Senado de la República, la diputada presidenta del Congreso Local, Adriana Esther Martínez Sánchez, dijo estar contenta de seguir haciendo justicia social para todos los mexicanos y veracruzanos.
“Es algo que se les debe, entonces hoy la reforma judicial ya se aprobó. Estamos haciendo historia y se van a quitar muchos privilegios a quienes los tenían en este poder”.
Por su parte, diputados de oposición como el priista Marlon Ramírez Marín afirmaron que lo que hicieron los Yunes es una traición a los veracruzanos.
“Los que votaron a favor de este dictamen me parece que no alcanzarán a dimensionar en mucho tiempo el daño que le han provocado a este país”, dijo.
