Desde hace cinco años, María de Jesús Mundo, de 78 años de edad, espera que su familia regrese por ella a la Central de Autobuses de Puebla.
Su caso se hizo viral en redes sociales. Unotv.com acudió a la terminal para platicar con doña María de Jesús.
La señora escucha bien, ve bien y está consciente de la terrible situación que vive.
Su estado físico es complejo, padece artritis; además, su columna vertebral se encuentra encorvada de manera pronunciada.
De sus hijos, sabe que el varón, de nombre Víctor Manuel Rivas Mundo, vive en Estados Unidos, y sus hijas, Marina Guadalupe y Alma, viven en algún municipio de Puebla.
Al preguntarle dónde están sus hijos, esto respondió:
“Eso sí solamente Dios sabe, y sé que mi gente está bien, pero para mí lo más importante es la familia, ya me han hecho muchas, de que me hacen avería y media, pero bueno… eso allá, pero sí sé dónde está mi familia y cómo han tratado de extorsionar a mi hijo, entonces, por eso, mejor… él se me fue muy jovencito para Estados Unidos, en sí para New Jersey y le digo, él es el que ha visto por toda la familia, ahorita, donde esté, que esté bien, que es lo que me importa. Dios dirá lo que sigue.. el hombre propone y Dios dispone”.
Dijo doña María de Jesús.
¿Cómo sobrevive doña Mari, abuelita que espera a sus hijos en Central de autobuses de Puebla?
Por las noches duerme cerca de uno de los andenes. En ocasiones va a un hotel cercano a la Central de Autobuses de Puebla donde recibe caridad y le ofrecen un lugar para que pueda asearse.
En la mañana desayuna un atole y un tamal obsequiado por una vendedora. Más tarde, toma baños de sol en uno de los pasillos y para ayudarse económicamente, canta en los pasillos y recibe limosnas de los transeúntes.
Al atardecer, se sienta en una de las bancas que colindan con los andenes de autobuses donde fue dejada por sus hijas hace años, aseguran quienes la ven todos los días.
María de Jesús sobrevive gracias a la caridad de las personas, quienes le ofrecen desde comida hasta ropa y dinero.
El caso ha indignado a la sociedad poblana, pues se dicen sorprendidos de la falta de sentimientos de sus hijos.
Doña Mari no quiere irse a un albergue
Unotv.com consultó a las autoridades del DIF Estatal, quienes ya se acercaron a la mujer para ofrecerle ir a un albergue donde pueda asearse y alimentarse sin tener que vivir ahí de forma permanente.
Sin embargo, aseguran que María se niega a abandonar las instalaciones de la terminal. Las autoridades emitieron una ficha de búsqueda para tratar de dar con el paradero de los familiares.
