Xalapa, Ver., 25 de julio de 2024.- En el marco de la estrategia Cero Tolerancia, efectivos de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública (SSP), a través de Policía Estatal brindaron apoyo humanitario a 87 personas de origen extranjero que viajan de manera irregular en el país y detuvieron a tres por tráfico de migrantes, en acciones realizadas en Cuitláhuac, Río Blanco, Orizaba, Acultzingo, Alvarado, Juan Rodríguez Clara, Cosamaloapan, Sayula de Alemán, Jesús Carranza, Acayucan y Coatzacoalcos.
Elementos de SSP localizaron en la carretera Córdoba – Minatitlán de Cuitláhuac a siete colombianos, cuatro guatemaltecos, dos venezolanos y un cubano. Asimismo, en la colonia Modelo de Río Blanco, personal de Policía Estatal brindó apoyo humanitario a cuatro hondureños, un colombiano y un nicaragüense.
Además, en la calle Sur 4 de la colonia Agrícola Librado Rivera en Orizaba, los oficiales resguardaron a dos guatemaltecos, dos venezolanos, un uruguayo y un hondureño. En Acultzingo los uniformados localizaron viajando a bordo de un autobús de pasajeros a 11 venezolanos y un colombiano.
Mientras, en la localidad El Tecomate de Alvarado, los elementos brindaron apoyo humanitario a cuatro venezolanos. Y en Juan Rodríguez Clara oficiales de SSP localizaron a siete guatemaltecos y dos hondureños.
Fuerzas del orden detuvieron en Cosamaloapan a Elisson Eduardo “N”, cuando transportaba en un vehículo Nissan Sentra, placas WEP807B a ocho hondureños. En Sayula de Alemán los elementos localizaron a cuatro venezolanos, guatemaltecos y un ecuatoriano.
En Jesús Carranza los uniformados brindaron apoyo humanitario a un guatemalteco. Y en Acayucan a tres haitianos, dos hondureños, dos guatemaltecos, dos ecuatorianos, un colombiano, un salvadoreño y un nicaragüense.
Finalmente, en Coatzacoalcos fueron aprehendidos Mario “N” y Edgardo Israel “N”, cuando transportaban en una camioneta Chevrolet Van y un vehículo Honda a nueve venezolanos y un salvadoreño.
Los 87 migrantes fueron canalizados al Instituto Nacional de Migración (INM), para determinar su situación en el país.
